Returns

We understand that things don’t always fit just right. In the event that a return needs to be made our return policy is as follows:


RETURNS:

* All returns must be recieved within 10 days of the original purchase date.

* Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, smoke and pet hair free, with no make-up or deodorant present and the they MUST still have the original tag still attached.

* All intimates, accessories, and sale items are FINAL sale. Gift cards are non-refundable.

* All items purchased using a discount code are considered FINAL sale.

* All shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party.

* Any items that are sent back that don’t meet the above requirements will not be accepted. If the return is not made within the allotted 10 days or doesn’t have the original tag it will be refused. We will contact you to pay to have it shipped back to you or we will donate it to charity after 30 days.

DISCOUNT CODES:

* All promotional/discount codes have a one per customer limit.

* All items purchased using discount or promotional codes are considered FINAL sale.



EXCHANGES:

* Due to the fact that our items sell out quickly we do not make exchanges.  If you need a different size in the exact same item it is best to go to our website and order the size you need if it is available then return the item that did not fit.



SHIPPING BACK YOUR ORDER:

* You will be responsible for return shipping. You are allowed to use the carrier of your choice but we recommend USPS because it is usually the most cost effective. Please include your original packing slip with your return.

* We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

* All returns will be processed within 1-7 business days after receipt. You will receive a conformation e-mail with your refund or store credit.

* Refunds can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to post to your account depending on the banking institution used.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

* Once you receive your merchandise inspect it IMMEDIATELY!!!!

* We inspect every item thoroughly before it is shipped to you but in the event that something is damaged please contact us at annaleerose13@gmail.com within THREE business days of when the item is received.

* Make sure the original tag is still attached, DO NOT REMOVE
